- Nov 08, 2022Hi RNalivaika! Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We are aware of the problem and are looking into a fix.
Rachelle_Cheung You said you were aware of the issue in 2022, but the issue is still occurring and you linked to a Roadmap page which doesn't have any mention of this issue being tracked. Is this problem actually going to be solved?
CameronGo We ended up going for https://www.myq-solution.com/en/myq-x which has a native https://docs.myq-solution.com/en/print-server/10.1/setting-up-universal-print-in-myq built in. Though we are thinking of swapping to https://www.kyoceradocumentsolutions.eu/en/products/software/kyocera-cloud-print-and-scan.html soon. Microsoft is very bad with Support on Printers. Figured I'd inform you.

I ended up doing a similar solution. I went with Pharos Secure Print. They are the producers of the Xerox, HP and Kyocera cloud print solutions. The main difference with using Pharos directly is the solution is universal supporting all the vender specific solutions. You made a good choice. How's it going for you?- T_KremersOct 07, 2024Copper ContributorMyQ-X is functioning wonderful. It requires either a on-premise or self hosted server. This is the only reason we're in negotiations right now for KCPS, because we want a Cloud Application for printing. MyQ-X is great for small and medium-sized companies and I'm personally happy with it.
