Universal Printer deploying on VMware Horizon non Persistent VDI
MicrosoftMSolari78 Have you already tried the troubleshooting steps in our documentation under "User is unable to discover a specific printer"? If not, that could be a great place to start.
If you've already tried those steps and it's still not working, could Windows Autopilot be helpful for you? You could configure new instances to automatically Intune-enroll and kick-start the printer deployment process.

but...
our user can see and connect the right printer manually and then we tried to create with Autopilot a policy to automatic install this printer when the user logon but this is not working and we don't know what to check...
