Universal Print jobs get stuck

Hi, I have followed the Microsoft guide and installed the Universal Print service, but the problem is that all jobs get stuck on status either Pending or Proccecing.     What could be the p...

petrozio2170 - what version of connector are you using. If you are using 1.87+ version and are still seeing issues, then please reach out to Microsoft support.

We are not using the print connector. Our printers connect natively to Universal Print.
