Universal Print configured and accepting jobs but Ricoh printer does not find the print job

You could set up the UP queue as "Secure release with QR code" instead of a direct queue which allows the users to release their jobs at the printer.

If your printer supports it you could also go the way of PrintUP which is a Ricoh app that integrates with Microsoft Universal Print.
But since you have SLNX installed already I would advise you to contact your service provider and talk these things through with them since they probably have more insight on your current requirements.

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you know if it would be possible to set it up so that it can work with holding the document or that just won't work because then I guess UP will not work in general here 😞
