Universal Print Billing
We have used up all the included print jobs for the month. However, the reports page shows that more jobs have been printed than included in the pool: So, how is that possible? I thought that...
- Nov 08, 2022Hi Yordan, this is Rachelle here from the Universal Print team. What nclinch has said above is exactly how Universal Print works. If you go over the amount of print jobs included in the pool, you will still be able to print. If this is something that is happening often, I would suggest you purchase additional print volume for Universal Print. They come in packs of 500 and 10,000.
