Universal Print Billing, and Microsoft 365 Education A3

It means that only A3 and A5 licenses contribute to the pool of available print jobs in your tenant. Each license adds 5 print jobs to the pool per month. For example, you have
50 x A3 licenses = 50 x 5 = 250 print jobs
30 x A5 licenses = 30 x 5 = 150 print jobs
3200 x Student Use Benefit = 0 print jobs
Total print jobs per month for the tenant = 250 + 150 = 400So, every user (students, faculty, staff) will be licensed to use Universal Print, however only A3 and A5 licenses will contribute to the total print job pool. You can see that Student Use Benefit licenses do not count toward the pool if you check the subscription of a such a user, it will show Universal Print without feeding.
