Universal Print - Usage & reports section shows as (Preview) Colour /BW & Duplex Count showing Zero

JoeK1605 - Is your printer registered via Connector or directly? What's the make and model of your printer?

 

As Braeden mentioned above, we rely on printer to let us know the page counts. If a printer does not send this data, unfortunately we wont be able to show it.
