Universal Print - Job status Pending
My organization has recently started using printers that natively support UP so we can avoid using the connector app. I've installed and tested a handful of them and everything was working as expected. Recently, one of the devices developed an attitude and now the print jobs just sit in a pending status in the Azure Portal. I'm new to UP and am still trying to figure out what feels like some of the basic troubleshooting steps. Any guidance would be appreciated.

TimEshleman - glad that your experience with Universal Print ready printers is great in general.
I am sorry to hear you are facing the problems with one of the printers. Can you share the printer make Can you go to printer's configuration page (from where you registered the printer) and check what's the registration status? If printer shows unregistered, then please re-register the printer. Then swap the existing printer share from old printer to the newly registered printer.
If printer still shows registered and communication is not working, then you may want to reach out to the OEM.
Thanks,
Saurabh
