Unable to Signup for Universal Print with Microsoft 365 A5

We have a Microsoft 365 A5 subscription through an EES volume licensing agreement and are unable to enable the trial license. I'm guessing this is due to our licenses being broken up into the individual O365 A5, EMS A5, Windows 10 A5, and Minecraft licenses as opposed to the newer M365 license.
