Unable to register HP M430 - Error Code 1

If this is your first Universal Print Ready printer it might have to do with Entra ID conditional access' policy for Block Device Code Flow.  I received a similar error.  It is trying to register HP for Universal Print application, but it cannot.  Temporarily disable the policy, so the app can be published, and then exclude HP Universal Print from the conditional access policy.
