I can't find a specification under this section what the Time-To-Live is on the jobs in the queue.

Can you enlighten me?

Under "Tips and Best Practices" you recommend setting the "City, Building, Floor, and Room" on each printer which is what will show up in the M365 app.
However "City" is not a property that is shown on the Windows client when searching for printers which is why we had to set the City value under Organization or Site instead as these are the values shown on the Windows client:

Country or Region\Organization\Site\Building\Floor\Room
I would like to suggest that you change the app values so that they are consistent with the Windows client so that we do not have to populate different fields for different devices.

  • For Time-To-Live: From the date/time of creation, Universal Print waits for upto 72 hours for printer to claim the document and print. If document is not claimed in that time or its status is not updated to final state, then Universal Print will expire the job and mark it as aborted.

A job can be seen in the Jobs view of the printer for upto 10 days since creation.
