- Jul 11, 2022Ricoh-USA plans to release the updated version of the PrintUP application by end of July. It is expected to resolve this issue. Please try when it becomes available.

- JerBear110Apr 03, 2023Copper ContributorI'm still seeing this issue even after updating the PrintUP application. After the update, it seems to not be as frequent, but we still have to power cycle the printer in order for it to show as active in the universal print portal. This will happen a couple of times a month. Floyds_on_Greenwood
