MSolari78 Have you already tried the troubleshooting steps in our documentation under "User is unable to discover a specific printer"? If not, that could be a great place to start.

 

If you've already tried those steps and it's still not working, could Windows Autopilot be helpful for you? You could configure new instances to automatically Intune-enroll and kick-start the printer deployment process.
