Universal Print - Usage & reports section shows as (Preview) Colour /BW & Duplex Count showing Zero

Thanks for trying Universal Print – sorry you're not seeing accurate reporting. Often, this issue is caused by one or more printer(s) not sending data to Universal Print.
Can you please message me separately and include (a) your tenant ID and (b) the printer models you've registered? I can help see if it's an issue with Universal Print or the printers.
