Virtually the same issue with several Konica c300i MF machines, using a native connector app from Konica. So it sounds like a 'universal' issue with UP losing the connections to remote devices, and that connection is reset when the device bounces. I'd love to see evidence from MS that my theory is wrong and all the different vendors can fix this problem somehow.
