Jul 10, 2024JCzichon - a few questions:
- What's the printer make and model?
- Are there other printers that you were able to register successfully? or are you facing issues with all the printers?
- The error in the previous post is very generic. If you are doing network trace, then can you look at the calls going to Microsoft Login / Entra or print.microsoft.com? Can you look at the responses and see what does say?
- Which all steps in registration worked for you?
- Have you approved the OEM's app in your Entra tenant under Enterprise Applications?
- Have you spoken to your OEM support?
- Have you spoken to Microsoft support?
Thanks
Saurabh

Hallo Lucas
Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem, was du hattest.
Was hast du nun schlussendlich für eine "Registration URL" verwendet?
Thanks,
Beste Grüsse
