- jonahhebertOct 18, 2023Brass ContributorAre there any updates regarding this issue? The fix was planned for almost a year ago, however in my testing it appears the Xerox PSA is still an issue. This is very frustrating as we try to move forward with Universal Print.

jonahhebert Thanks for reaching out to us. This specific issue was addressed last December with a Windows Update. Can you share specifics with us as to what issues you are still experiencing? - jonahhebertOct 20, 2023Brass ContributorAfter the Xerox Printer is automatically deployed to a user, the PSA is installed automatically. Printing using the PSA says the job goes through on the client, but never prints.
