Location Properties / Can't save anything added to a field

When going to Location Properties within Printer Properties you can add a value to any field but the Save button is still greyed out.

Also, when using 'Search for printers in my organization'.  Can you use any populated field of 'Location Properties' to search for a device?  Ex. if you have 4 devices on a floor of a building and you searched that floor letter, all 4 devices would populate from the search?
