I'm in charge of developing Universal Print App at Konica Minolta Inc.
To avoid client application's bug, we have changed firmware.
Please contact our service representative for updating to the special firmware.

We tried to install the Connector for Universal Print from the Konica Minolta market store, and it turns out that this application isn't available in EU store. Do you know why?
