I was not sure if In can post the firmware version/name. But based on the location, and if WWRSPF is active, we can try an update from the cloud… just as an idea, to help Kathryn

I am R&D division at Japan and Philipp is product planning division in Europe.
So, it's better to call local support. They will decide how they update firmware based on the customer location etc.
