Issue with Printer connection
Hi,
I have an HP Printer which is connected to the Azure Universal printer. I face the issue where I try to print. It works perfectly fine the first time when I want to print something but it doesn't work the second time. I have to connect it everytime I have to print. A solution to this would be very helpful

Are you using a Universal Print connector? Where is the problem? Do you see the print job in Universal Print admin portal?

- Update Printer Drivers – Ensure you have the latest drivers from HP’s website.
- Set as Default Printer – Go to Settings > Devices > Printers and make it the default.
- Disable Printer Sleep Mode – Turn off any sleep mode in the printer’s settings.
- Update Azure Print Connector – Ensure the connector software is fully updated.
- Reconfigure Printer in Azure – Remove and re-add the printer in Azure Universal Print.
- Enable Persistent Sessions – Check Azure settings for options to maintain connection.
- Restart Devices – Restart both computer and printer to refresh connections.
- Check Network Stability – Ensure a stable network to prevent disconnections.
- Disable VPN – If using a VPN, try disabling it as it may disrupt the connection.
- Contact Support – Reach out to HP or Microsoft if the issue persists.
