Investigate Stopped State

How to investigate Stopped state of print job? The printer itself says ready for print, print fine from local print server, but not from cloud service.

  • Kazzan Maybe the reason is in logs with warning "Required Security Scope does not exist." But the printer is shared, users added, licenses granted. What scope to add and where?

Kazzan Is the error you are referring to in the PrintConnector event log on the Connector? If so, please open a support ticket via your AAD Subscription with Universal Print and we can take a look.

For technical support, upgrade to a paid support plan or explore our free resources." if I choose technical support for Cloud Print.
