Duplexing not working when printing to a printer connected via Universal Print
Hi,
We push out our central office printer via UP and we have the default set on duplex as flip on long edge.
However when users print to the printer it will not print double sided, the settings on the devices also say flip on long edge. Other default settings like greyscale work fine.
If we install the Printer drivers manually and don't go through UP then the duplexing works fine.
Thanks
Joe

I have a user with a classroom HL-5470DW trying to print duplex and when she sends a print job with 2-sided printing it simply doesn't print out. Sounds similar to your issue.
Were you able to find a resolution yet?

Sorry for the late reply, I do currently have a support ticket open, we've exhausted many options at this point, office 2019 and 365 don't seem to work, Win 10 and 11 both suffer the same issue, what do you suggest.
Thanks
