Philip_Demaree - do we have steps for clean-up documented anywhere?

I now seem to be able to get past this I did the following.
1. Open the print queues, delete any stuck jobs
2. Go to devices, delete any half-installed devices/printers
3. Restart the print spooler service.
4. Reinstall the Universal Printer.
Hope this helps someone else.
