I have seem to run across a bug. I have universal print setup correctly with a print connector. I can add a printer and everything will work. however if I go to settings and remove the printer ...
I have a similar issue where after removing a Universal Printer, it can't be added again. When trying it just hangs on "Connecting". Any idea how to get it added again when this happens? I've tried removing it from the "Devices" section of "Bluetooth & Devices" and rebooting, but still, it won't add again.

Microsoftpetrozio2170 This seems like a Known Issue and it happens when a user tries to remove the printer when print queue still has jobs in it.
Philip_Demaree - do we have steps for clean-up documented anywhere?
- I now seem to be able to get past this I did the following.
1. Open the print queues, delete any stuck jobs
2. Go to devices, delete any half-installed devices/printers
3. Restart the print spooler service.
4. Reinstall the Universal Printer.
Hope this helps someone else.
