Badge Release

- Mar 25, 2024Currently in Universal Print you have the adjacent options "PIN Release" and "Secure release with QR code".
For printers supporting the "PIN Release" option you can check out the below table:

"Secure release with QR code" uses a phone and a QR code for release at the printer which would be the most similar to badge release.

For Badge release solutions however you would have to check out the Partner integrations, and since you are already using papercut might I suggest that you check out this section:

RFID badges support is at the moment on status "Planned". 2023-09-11 Jimmy Wu from Microsoft said "We are working with partners to enable RFID/badge swap support. At this time, we don't have anything we can share.":
