Unable to switch old account to new in To Do on Mac
I recently changed companies and therefor have new MS Office 365 credentials. I have been able to use my new credentials in all of my MS Office apps except for MS To Do. For some reason when I attempt to open To Do it auto fills the creds from my last company and when I change them to my new credentials it still fails because it is still directing to my last company's authentication system. So far I have gone and un-installed, re-installed, deleted everything I could find in my keychain, cache and library in general but the issue persists. I'm sure there is something I'm missing. Any help?

Hi bmstephens,
despite trying several troubleshooting steps, here are some additional suggestions that might help:
Sign Out of All Microsoft Accounts:
Ensure you're signed out of all Microsoft accounts on your Mac, not just in Microsoft To Do. This includes other Office apps like Word, Excel, and Outlook.Clear Cache and Cookies:
Clearing cache and cookies could potentially resolve issues related to account switching.Use the License Removal Tool:
Microsoft offers a license removal tool to deactivate the original account. Afterward, sign in with the new account to activate it.

Certainly! To assist you with switching your old account to a new one in To Do on Mac, follow these steps:
- Open the Microsoft To Do application on your Mac.
- Look for the account settings or profile icon within the application. It's typically located in the top-right corner.
- Navigate to the account settings or preferences section.
- Find the option to sign out or switch accounts.
- Sign out of the old account.
- After signing out, log in with the credentials of your new account.
If you encounter any specific error messages or issues during this process, please provide more details so that I can offer further assistance.
