Teilen von Listen Microsoft To Do nicht mehr möglich
Hi everyone,
I've been using Microsoft To Do for years and have always been able to share lists with my family.
Now, when I send my wife or son an invitation link, they get an error message saying the list isn't available and they can't join.
Here's what I've tried so far: I created a new invitation link and confirmed they're signed in with their Microsoft accounts. I tried using the app on their iPad or iPhone, and also on my MacBook.
I checked if the list still exists. Despite all this, sharing still doesn't work. Has something changed with To Do sharing? Is there a new requirement or setting I need to enable?
The error message attached. Translated:
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
Best regards
Martin

Hello everyone,
I am experiencing the same issue. I have observed that as soon as a second user attempts to sign in, they are briefly displayed as a new member, but a few seconds later they are automatically removed again.

Hi Martin
I’ve found a temporary workaround for the issue with sharing lists in Microsoft To Do.
If you right-click the list you want to share and select Sharing settings, you’ll see an option at the bottom called Manage access.
When you click Manage access, you’ll be taken to the setting Restrict access to current members.I discovered that if you enable this setting after sending the sharing link or inviting members, the list will appear for users who have registered.
I noticed this because I received an error message saying I couldn’t join the list, even though the person who sent me the invitation could see that I was added as a member. This is obviously not a long-term solution, but it can be used as a temporary workaround until Microsoft fixes the problem.

Hi, same here. Exact same issue using Android... tried from both accounts. Signed out and signed back in again but noch success.
