Major Impact : Displaying the last 30 days of Planner Task Emails
With the recent update, I discovered that Microsoft To-Do only shows the last 30 days of tasks. To view older tasks on the To-Do App, I had to click on each task in the Planner or Outlook to generate a new modified date.
In the afternoon, I had 82 tasks in total, including 50 Planner tasks and 18 flagged emails in Microsoft To Do. However, after an update later in the same evening, I had no assigned Planner tasks and only two flagged items visible in the To Do, but they still exist in the proper applications.
I attempted and failed to copy and paste values in bulk using Grid View in Planner. At least in Outlook, I could change multiple flagged statuses by filtering the flagged items, selecting all, and reassigning flagged statuses, then they appeared in the To-Do App.

I hope that Microsoft extends the period to 2 years, aligning with most default retention policies. The To-Do Task Management tool is designed to display all tasks in one place.
I have advocated for the New Outlook and integrated applications and recently published a video "encouraging users to remove and clean up abandoned tasks." (Tasks created in May are not abandoned.) However, this update may cause users to hesitate to switch to the To-Do app if they lose sight of their items.
👉🏾Microsoft, please reconsider the period for the task to appear on the To-Do.

Increase Visibility in the ToDo App from 30 days to 2 Years for Planner Tasks/Outlook Flagged Items. · Community (microsoft.com)
