Hiding Completed Tasks from Search Results
I also use the search feature a lot but the completed tasks appearing here is a bad thing in my opinion and when you have as many tasks a me it renders the search useless without long scrolling. Would love it if there could be an option to hide completed items from the search.
- Go to desktop Outlook Tasks, To Do List, Completed view. Highlight all, then delete or permanently delete (Shift-Del). They will no longer show on Microsoft To-Do.
- Did you find any solution to this? I am overloaded with completed tasks when I am trying to search for a current to do item.

Not ideal but I just delete the completed tasks on a weekly basis now. Would prefer to keep them to add notes but the long list of completed items is far more annoying for me than having to use an alternative for my notes.
