Changing Task Order on My Day

Question

Within the last few weeks, I no longer have the ability to arrange the order of task in "My Day" by dragging and dropping. I can sort by importance, date, alpha, etc but that is not very useful when several task have the same create date and due date. I am able to drag and drop within Outlook but not within the the "To Do" app. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi&nbsp;BMatt, I found my issue was due to user error. I didn't notice that I had a sort order applied, which prevented me from manually changing the order. Maybe check to see if you have a sort order applied and remove it. Worked for me.

djenyap&nbsp;No, I can still re-order by drag and drop, no problem.&nbsp; Have never lost that capability.&nbsp;Is it sorted out for you yet?

djenyap&nbsp;I have the same problem. I could previously move the tasks easily by drag/drop. Now, after returning from leave today, this function is not working.&nbsp;Has your functionality returned yet?

djenyap&nbsp;Thanks for following up. Mine was also user error. It was on Grid rather than List mode. Both look the same, quite confusing. anyway, all sorted, thanks.
