Changing Task Order on My Day
Within the last few weeks, I no longer have the ability to arrange the order of task in "My Day" by dragging and dropping. I can sort by importance, date, alpha, etc but that is not very useful when ...
Hi BMatt, I found my issue was due to user error. I didn't notice that I had a sort order applied, which prevented me from manually changing the order. Maybe check to see if you have a sort order applied and remove it. Worked for me.
