Webinar Emails not Sending

I have set up two webinars through Teams. Nobody who registered for the webinar have received a confirmation email. The organizers and presenters got emails but not those who registered. Tried changing the time slightly and still nobody received emails. Urgently need a fix for this. Seemed to work in a test before I edited the emails but after modifying the emails, nothing works.
