Option to remove sharing suggestion after Teams webinar registration

After an individual registers for a public Teams webinar, they are given a sharing suggestion - a link to the registration page + social media links. Is there an option to remove these? Of course the webinar link is public, but in some cases people may prefer to not overshare it - they are targeting certain individuals to attend.

If there is an option for a registration code to be able to register, that would be a reasonable alternative to help limit it to invited individuals. I didn't see that option either.
