No sign of recording

Appeared to have lost a recording and wondering if it is retrievable. 

In the call the Recording has been set as showing for everyone in the call, with the red dot appearing. However when it come to stopping it at the end, when pressing stop it didn't do anything and would not allow anyone else to stop it either. 

No recording has since appeared. Has anyone had this issue before and no whether it is possible to access the recording ?
