Meeting ID and password for Webinar or TownHall

Hi,  I was wondering if someone could tell me if it is possible to generate a Meeting ID and password for a Webinar or TownHall.  The function room Audio/Visual requires a Meeting ID and password -...

    For Webinars, the meeting organizer will have a MeetingID and Passcode in their calendar for the session but there's not really a way to get it from the Webinar invites that go to attendees.

     

    In some cases, as the organizer, I'll copy/paste the details into the webinar reminder emails if I know people are going to be joining in a room.

     

    For Live Events, it doesn't surface any meeting ID/passcode for the organiser either.
