How to troubleshoot during Live Event

Hi,

Recently our event teams did a live event and during the live event they report that the they experience lagging after they transfer the presenter from que to live. 

when i did a network test speed on the computer the speed is over 100mbps. what else can i do to troubleshoot the problem during and after the live event?
