Both of those cases would not display the issue at hand as I have yet to reproduce the issue in the web version so I'll need a couple of days to try and reproduce it again. I may be able to save the event viewer data in the old event file type if needed as well. (ETL files)

DevTools now accessible from the Microsoft Teams Desktop Client

It's reproduceable but only on the Desktop Application. Here's one from today.
I could provide the logs I previously provided in an ETL format or generate new ones if that would help but no browser traffic history would show the issue unless somehow the Teams Desktop application transmits it's data through the browser but I highly doubt that is the case or I wouldn't be having this problem.
I'm unsure of what else I could provide that would be relevant to the issue at hand. - Prasad_Das-MSFTMar 15, 2022

Not yet. The web version also doesn't seem to reproduce the issue. I suspect it's a network issue as well since the web client probably goes through 80.
