- Engineering team is working to make this feature available. But we do not have any timeline/ETA to share.
For those interested, this has now been almost completely implemented. With the exception of Set-CsOnlineApplicationInstance, this can now be done using Teams Application Authentication:

Get-CsOnlineApplicationInstance, New-CsOnlineApplicationInstance, and Sync-CsOnlineApplicationInstance are now supported (unsupported only in GCC High and DoD environments).
