Sharing Screen & Annotation during a Teams Meeting
Microsoft TeamsMeetings Hello Dears, Is it possible to participants to annotate on the shared screen during a Teams Meeting?
Really need annotation for training and supporting clients on our Power BI apps! Everyone's experience is degraded without the visual cues and much time is wasted orienting the user/group verbally. Will make all the difference 🙂
Well it's 2022, and feature is still not available, unfortunately our company has migrated from Zoom. Going to be painful. Guess productivity is not the goal for this app.

Also, although it's mentioned further up I thought I would point out the ZoomIt tool that provides annotation in Windows, which would then be part of your screen share. It take a bit of learning all the different key combos to use it.
