Sending ticket sender notification when ticket is completed

Hi, 

I have created a flow for tickets with power automate. I also have a sharepoint list where I am supposed to collect the tickets. I'm trying to get a notification for the ticket sender when the ticket status has been changed to Completed, however it doesn't work. Is there a way I can fix this?
