Screen reader access for shared Teams content

Hi,

First, thank you for providing screen reader access for PowerPoint files when uploaded to a Teams meeting. I have two questions related to screen reader access in Teams:

1. Can the upload function be extended to Excel and Word files (when shared in a Teams meeting)? At this time, we are only able to upload PowerPoint files.

2. Is there a way to provide screen reader compatibility (JAWS, NVDA, Narrator) for anything that is shared in Teams? That would be the ideal for screen reader access.
