Error while running Teams workflow for sending message to a channel by triggering webhook

We tried to test this by creating a workflow and then by POSTing a payload to the webhook URL. The workflow sent the message successfully in desired team's channel.

Why does Microsoft insist on migrating away from Teams webhook connectors, which work perfectly fine, to this new workflow? This new workflow doesn't work at all, the "Flow cannot be installed" message is ridiculous. You guys are forcing this migration, maybe you should have something functional before telling people to stop using something that works perfectly fine.
