Error when trying to update adaptive card

Any update on above issue? Below detailed use case,
Use case We have to simultaneously update or send messages in personal scope to all the team members in the channel. We are using bot builder and It takes multiple API calls and the server goes slow. To improve the performance
- Is there any bulk/batch support to do this?
- Is it possible to have the same message-id for all messages sent in personal scope?
- If we are doing these many create or update message requests will they block us? Do you have rate limiting for requests?
