tuannh - We tested the sample and as you mentioned the bot sends private message to each member of the team. It appears as a chat between the user and bot.

    Hi Meghana-MSFT Did you add message from Channel?

     

     

     

    and then message from bot will appears as a chat between the user and bot

      tuannh - We also see that bot is not responding when we  @mention bot followed by 

      MessageAllMembers. 

       

      Team is investigating why the bot does not respond when we give the command like below. We will keep you posted.
