Project Tracker Tab in Manage a Project Team Template

I created a team from the Manage a Project Team template. The General channel has a Project tracker tab. How can I get that type of tab on a channel in a different team. If I use the URL, I get the d...

Yes. It would need to be able to populate the data in the Project Tracker tab.
