Post an Adaptive Card and Wait

Tried to repro the issue and we can confirm that we are able to submit the card if there is text input but it will not submit with input in the number field same as you mentioned. we have raised a bug for this issue and concerned team is looking into it.

The bug is resolved now. We have tested in Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.28462 (64-bit) and its working fine at our end.
