Notifications not showing up on mobile

Hey all! We have a problem of sending notifications to mobile devices. Our notifications work perfectly on desktop but when it comes to mobile, they are nowhere to be seen. I attached some images...

Our issue was resolved by another Microsoft product group. It was a matter of whitelisting our app... Thank you for your help. Prasad_Das-MSFT

May be I wasn't clear. We are the developers of this Teams App and we are having this problem. Our app is not able to send notifications to mobile.

    egetunca - We tried to repro the issue using the app and credentials provided . It sending notification in Teams desktop/web client but not in mobile clients as mentioned.
    Could you please provide any other user cred for that tenant, so that we can check that scenario as well?
    Also could you please make sure if there is any admin settings disabled for your app/user/tenant?
    
    FYI, we have tested this below sample and sent notification, it is working as expected i.e. sending notification in both Teams desktop/web and mobile client.
