Integrate Teams Video call with my external application

Hi

 

Could you please let me know how to integrate teams API for video call in my external application(website).Also is this paid API?

I need to make a video call using teams to a guest user and record the video data.

    In terms of API I would be looking to the following to see what is possible:

    I am aware of the advanced communications license, but believe that is if using as part of a compliance solution and wanting to record calls and contact centre usage.
