Grand reporting of a given Team

Can we publish a grand report, a snapshot in time so that it can be published?

I am part of the Safety analyses team and we often encounter situations where we are expected to present documentation to the internal assessors, external auditors, management chain, etc. Teams already capture all the required information using multiple apps such as Wiki/Notes, Planner, etc. Can this information be amalgamated to be logically published as one single report?
